Raised in El Barrio, East Harlem, Julian’s interest in video production grew when he landed his first internship at Bloomberg Television. Graduating from University of Hartford with a degree in mass communications and TV production, he started Barrio Media to provide quality and affordable production services for businesses, organizations and individuals. He brings a progressive point of view and a zealous appreciation of art and the creative process to his work as a videographer, editor and producer.
